Vijay (Nithin) is the intelligent guy who clears Group Services examinations and also sports muscular body. This shows that he is a man with both brain and brawn. His father (Tanikella Bharani) tries to look out for a suitable bride for him. In the process he finds Janaki (Mamata Mohandas) who is a banker. The routine love-hate track runs between Vijay and Janaki. On the other hand Vijay’s friend Ravi (Shasank) and a TV reporter Sindhu (Sindhu Thulani) also fall in love. Vijay’s father possesses a land at an area in the city. But that will be eyed by land mafia don Devraj, MLA (Ashutosh Rana). How he tries to occupy the land and how Vijay fights eith him by bringing in unity among the colony people including his father to get the land back becomes rest of the story.
